WILSON, Ilene Ann (Bennett) – It is with great sadness that the family of Ilene Wilson announce her passing on Monday, May 12, 2014, peacefully at her residence in Brigden at the age of 91. The Lord reached down and took her home to be reunited with the love of her life, Ken Wilson (1982). Loving mother of Judy (Ray) Carroll, Dan (Martha) Wilson, Joan (Roy) Dewhirst, Dave (Karen) Wilson, Dale (Shirley) Wilson, Dean Wilson, Don (Connie) Wilson. Cherished grandmother of Chris (Neil) Clarke, Brad (Mary Elizabeth) Carroll, Kenny (Janae) Carroll, Mike (Cheryl) Carroll, Marty (Kristina) Dewhirst, Jeff (Mary) Dewhirst, Greg (Kara) Dewhirst, Tina (Kirk) Brydges, Julie (Ryan) Bedard, Carrie-Ann (Dustin) Zavitz, Darcy and Nathan Wilson. Great-grandmother of 20. Predeceased by her sister Marg and brothers Frank, Tom, Joe and Jack. Ilene was an avid hockey fan and followed the boys to many arenas.

Family and friends will be received at STEADMAN BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, Brigden on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 from 6:00 to 9:00pm.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at 11:00am from the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Hillsdale Cemetery, Petrolia. Tim Brown officiating.
