I am sorry for your loss. I came across Philip’s name and photgraph among my father’s memorabilia. We are also from Wales. The Walters family were very kind to my father during his wartime service in Canada, and I should be very glad to make contact with any of them. I am so sorry that this comes so long after Philip’s passing. Kind regards.
My deepest condolences and sympathies at this time for your family
Eva and Family
We are very sorry to hear of Phil’s passing. He was a great man with a big heart!
I have known Mr. Walters since I was a young girl in Sunday school at Devine Street United Church – he left a lasting impression! Phil also worked with my Father at Polysar – lots of wonderful memories.
Warm hugs Eva – he was one in a million.
Sincerely, Wayne & Joan

I’m sorry his health has failed him and my heart goes out to all those who have loved and admired him like I have.” This reflects the hearts of all our family.God bless and comfort you all. With our love,

Sending my love to Eva and all the Family. Grampa Phil was an inspiration to young and old. I feel blessed to have known such a remarkable spirit. It will be an honour to cross paths with you again some day. Farewell for now. 💝
My thoughts are with Dan and the entire Walters family. Ken
My condolences to the Walters family. I met Phil as a young person at Temple Baptist church on Talfourd St. in the early 60’s. He was such a kind gentleman welcoming me and my family to his home, taking me to my hockey games when my father, uncle or grandfather were unable to. I just recently inquired about Phil speaking to a young man by the name of Andrew who attends Temple Baptist now. I am saddened that I will not be able to talk to him but my fond memories of this loving man will be with me always.
One of the sweetest people I’ve ever had the pleasure to know. Will miss his smiling face. Sending my deepest sympathy to his family.
Eva my sincere condolences to you and your family. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. God Bless
