Marion WalshMarion Irene (Clingersmith) Walsh – Age 84 of Mooretown, passed away Friday, April 11, 2025 peacefully in her home surrounded by her family.  With a life filled with love, Marion brought warmth to the hearts of every member of her family, every friend, and every person who had the pleasure to meet her.  As a mother, a friend, and a farmer’s wife, she was dedicated to Joe, helping on the farm, raising her ever growing family, being active in her faith, and helping support her neighbours and community. Beloved wife of the late John Joseph “Joe” Walsh of 53 years. Adored by her children Mike (Cathy) Walsh, Terri (Roger) McAuslan, Bob (Lisa) Walsh, Cathy (the late Chuck) Roegiest, the late Joanne Inghan (Walsh) and Dave (Heather) Walsh. Cherished and idolized by her grandchildren Jon (Alex), Carson (Lisa), Emily (Michael), Owen (Julia), Jason, Matt (Megan), Andrew (Kim), Adam (Shannon), Evan (Brittany), Sydney (Gage), Eric (Nicole), Katie (Adam), Jenny (Derek), Stephen (Paige), Ethan, Logan, Allison and Ryan. Treasured by her great-grandchildren Alice, Nora, Maya, Ayla, Jayden, Theo, Ellie, Remi, Ryker, Mackinnon, Ben, June, Charlotte, Annabelle, Elsabeth and Harrison. Loved by her brother the late Bill (the late Irene) Clingersmith, and the late sister-in-law Rose Marie (the late Bruce) Daziel. Missed by brother-in-law Ed (Karen) Walsh

CATHOLIC PRAYERS
Prayers will be offered on Monday, April 14, 2025 at 3:45 pm.

VISITATION
Family and friends will be received at STEADMAN BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, Brigden on Monday, April 14, 2025 between 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm.

FUNERAL MASS
Funeral Mass, officiated by Father Ray Lawhead, will be held at St. Joseph / St Charles Catholic Church, Corunna, on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 11:00 am.  Internment to follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery

  4. So sorry to hear of the loss of your dear mother. My mom, Marie Sheppard, so enjoyed the occasional get together visits friends would have with your mom in her farm home. So hard to believe they are now both gone from our midst. I know you will cherish every good memory of her in your hearts.
