STRUCK picSTRUCK, Russell Charles – It is with saddened hearts the family of Russell Struck announce his passing after a courageous fight with Pulmonary Fibrosis and Cancer on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at the age of 79. Russell is survived by his loving wife, June L. Struck, of 57 years. Loving father of Tammy Churchill and Rusty (Ilene) Struck. Proud Papa to James, Tyler (Cheyenne), Owen, Logan and Payton. Dear brother of Pat Mills, Jack (Sheila) Struck, Fran (Peter) Clarke, Dorothy (Terry) Harapiak. Brother-in-law to Robert (Eleanor) Williams and Garry Wagner. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Russell was a long-time employee at Ontario Hydro, Lambton Generating Station (Courtright, Ontario). He was a dedicated member of the St. Clair Township Fire Department, Brigden Station, serving his community for 50 years. Russell could often be found enjoying his morning coffee at a local coffee shop, catching up with “the guys” or tinkering in his garage doing small engine repair for locals. It was his true passion building/restoring and showing his old vehicles that brought him the most joy. He was a proud recipient of several trophies including “Best In Show” at many area car shows with his 1923 T-Bucket. But one of his proudest accomplishments was the “Best Appearing Custom T” CANATS 2003 (Windsor).

Special thanks to the Palliative Team and Bayshore. Special thanks to nurse Brittany.
