STEDT, Shirley May (Gamble) – age 84, of Toronto. Passed away on Friday, May 7, 2010 at St. Joseph’s Health Centre, Toronto. Survived by numerous cousins. Predeceased by her mother Ruth Gentles (nee Abrams) and dear companion Harold Smith. She worked for many years at White Cross Surgical Supply in Toronto and volunteered at the Daily Bread Food Bank. She was very active in the Parkdale Community. Special thanks to the caring staff of the Loft (Dunn Ave) and St. Joseph’s Health Centre. Remembered and dearly missed by family, friends and neighbours.
Cremation has taken place.
