Picture 1RAINSBERRY, Harry Edward – With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Harry Edward Rainsberry, who left us peacefully at home on October 25, 2024, just days after celebrating his 90th birthday.Predeceased by his beloved parents, Edward and Tote Rainsberry, his brother Raymond (Hazel) Rainsberry, and nephew Edward. Cherished grandfather of Sara (Justin) Rainsberry and Holly Rainsberry, Craig (Mandy) Rainsberry, Abby (Brett) Lashbrook, and Chad (Lauren) Rainsberry and great grandfather to 6 great grandchildren. Brother in law to Lloyd and late Francis King, late Bruce and late Velma Murray. Harry was the devoted husband of Catherine (Murray) Rainsberry, with whom he shared 68 years of love, friendship, and memories. He was the treasured father of Bob (Denise) Rainsberry, his late infant daughter Karen, and Mark (Brenda) Rainsberry. Harry dedicated much of his life to a long and successful career with Shell Canada, retiring at 50 to embrace his lifelong passion for farming. He took great joy in the simplicity and satisfaction of working the land. An avid outdoorsman, Harry loved fishing, camping, and cheering on his grandchildren at their sporting events, relishing in their accomplishments with pride and joy. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Kim and the Bluewater Palliative Care Team, Mary Chad and all of the compassionate home care providers for their kindness and support. Harry will be deeply missed by many close friends, family and members of the community. 

Funeral Details
A private family service took place. Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Harry’s Life on Tuesday October, 29, 2024 at the Rainsberry Farm – 2976 LaSalle Line from 3:00-7:00pm.
