ROBERT LEONARD PRETTY, age 81, passed away Wednesday November 19, 2008 at Lambton Meadowview Villa, Petrolia. Son of the late RalphK. Pretty (1978) and Gladys (Hunt) Pretty (1986). Beloved husband of Helen (Richmond) Pretty of Wyoming for 57 years. Loving father of Robert Pretty, Wilkesport; Janice (Tim) Longeway, St. Mary’s; Dawn Pretty, Toronto; Debra Pretty, London. Dear grandfather of four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Survived by his brothers John (late Shirley) Pretty; Ralph (Shirley) Pretty, all of Corunna; Roger (Pat) Pretty, Marchmont; sister Jean Smurthwaite, Orillia. Predeceased by his brothers Harold Nadeau, Chicago Illinois and David Francis (Hazel) Pretty, Sarnia. A private family memorial service will be held on Saturday November 22, 2008 at Wilkesport United Church. Rev. Susan Woodhouse officiating. Interment at Black Creek Cemetery at a later date.
