MUNDAY, Jean Elva (Abbott) – age 81, of RR#1 Courtright, passed away suddenly at Trillium Villa Nursing Home, Sarnia on Friday, January 23, 2009. Beloved wife of the late Graydon Munday (2006). Loving mother of Larry Munday. Cherished grandmother of Stephen and Janet Munday. Dear mother-in-law of Susan Munday of St. Thomas. Survived by brother-in-law Roy Young of London. Predeceased by daughters Wendy Ann (infant 1959) and Deborah Lynn (1978), son Wayne (2005), sister Margaret May Young (1987) and parents Gordon Daniel and Annie (McCallum) Abbott. Jean taught at Courtright and Mooretown Public Schools for many years. She will be sadly missed by the community. Family and friends will be received at STEADMAN BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME BRIGDEN on Monday, January 26, 2009 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm.The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 27, 2009 at 11:00 am with Rev. Jill Rogers officiating.
