image000000Donna Lee Jennings (Vail) born Nov. 11, 1946 in Windsor, Ontario was called home to her Lord and Saviour on October 25, 2024, at BWH – CEE Petrolia, with her children by her side.  Devoted mother to Angela (Dan) Stewardson, Fred Jr. (Chris) Jennings, Marcy (Alan) Langford, Robin (Burton) Powers, Brooke Grift, Megan Hall (Anthony), as well as thirteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.  Predeceased by her two sons Robbie Allen (1970), Dani Nathan (1984), parents Mildred Voll (1981) (Ronald 2007), and Stanley Vail (1988).  Dearest sister of Carol (2018) (Ernie 2015) Annett.  Also survived by many nieces, nephews and faithful friends.  Donna was a dedicated member of the Zion Free Methodist Church vocal trio and choir, singing the gospel for decades, into her final year.  Her talent for crochet will continue to bring warmth for generations. Her blessing of verse and written word, have brought many friends and family comfort and encouragement throughout her lifetime, just as their presence had for her.  Family and friends will be received at Steadman Brothers Funeral Home, Brigden, for visitation on Tuesday Oct 29th, 2024 from 6-9pm.  The funeral service will be held at Zion Free Methodist Church, Bentpath Line, on Wednesday Oct. 30th at 11am. Internment at Bradshaw Cemetery to follow.  Memorial donations can be made to the Zion Free Methodist Church, Wheels of Hope-Sarnia Lambton (www.cancer.ca), or Legacy Lappers, or a local charity of your choice.
