I’m so sorry to hear about Berts passing. I still talk about the go-cart he built me as a kid and all the times he fixed my motorbike. He took the time to teach me many things that I still apply in life. I’m a better person for knowing him. Deepest sympathy Barb and Sandy.

Dear Sandy, Ryan, Abby, Chloe and Samuel,
We didn’t know your father but know that was your daddy, grandfather, pappa, father-in-law and friend. No one can ever replace this wonderful man, but God can help you through this difficult time. Praying for the comfort only God can give you. Praying that you will feel the love of Christ and His heavenly hugs around you at this time. Love, Harriet & Mike and Family.
we are so sad knowing we will never be able to listen to Bert and his laughter and wit. He was such a good kind person. We liked him a lot
Barb… you showed us what real marriage is… sticking together for 52 years always with chuckle or a “Oh Bert” when he would share his opinions and his great stories of being young in Corunna….. I always knew he would be honest with me… always knew where he stood.. He also showed me what it is like to put your family first… he did so many things for Sandy, his grandkids, and his son-in-law … I can’t even begin to list them as they are many…He showed my son how to be giving without expecting anything in return and always took interest in his activities.. So glad I got to go on a wagon ride with Bert at Chloe’s fund raiser… The wood stove will always remind us of Bert’s heart…. BIG!!!
Bert you will be sadly missed but always remembered!!! Barb … I am only a text away if you need a prayer
Bert was a great friend for many years. We know he will be missed by his loving family and many others. RIP Bert.
