4711315612847386376GRANT, Robert Donald – Age 94, formerly of RR#1 Wilkesport, passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2024 at Bluewater Health, Palliative Care, Sarnia. Loving father of James Grant. Dear brother of late Gerald (Darlene) Grant and Jeanette (late Mike) Watson, late Kenneth Grant, late William (Judy) Grant, and late Lois (late Roy) Dixon. He was an inductee of the Sarnia-Lambton Sports Hall of Fame with the 1960 Ontario Senior A and 1956/57/58 Ontario Senior B Baseball Champions, the Wilkesport Tigers, for whom he played third base. Bob was also a lifelong sports fan and would often be found watching baseball or hockey, or even more so, the evening standardbred racing action from across North America.

A private family service will be held at STEADMAN BROTHERS FUNERAL CHAPELS, Brigden on Tuesday, December 31, 2024. Interment will be held at Wilkesport Cemetery.
