1. I know I’m a little late. Ralph was a man that fellow colleagues and friends , new he did justice to the he wore. It was the actions everyday life that you could depend on. Friendly and fair was what I remember the few time our paths crossed. I wish there were more people like Ralph in todays world. It would definitely be a better world .
   We lose many to fast it seams . I am glad to have known him.

9. We are very sad to hear the passing of Ralph Finkbeiner. Ralph was our next door Neighbor when we lived on John Street in Port Lambton. Our children played together, Linda and I have great memories having Ralph as a neighbor. Ralph and I also attended lodge together in Sombra. 20. We are so sorry to hear of Ralph’s passing. He had a wonderful career and enjoyed his retirement with Linda on the river. We enjoyed his company at local events and know he was a faithful supporter of local groups/events.. Thinking of you all.

38. I had the pleasure of working a Wallaceburg – Sombra combined marine patrol with Ralph for an entire summer on the old Sombra boat back in the 80s. Ralph always struck me as the strong silent type but always gave the impression that he had your back when needed. He was a wealth of information on marine patrol and boats in general. I had the pleasure a few times of having coffee with him at our retiree breakfasts in Sarnia in more recent years. Ralph will be missed by all. Rest In Peace Brother.

41. My sincere sympathies to Linda, Holly and family. I am so sorry to hear about Ralph. I have so many fond memories of Ralph helping my Dad and I at our shop (Anthony Contracting). Quite often a police cruiser would be on scene at one of our jobs. I will never forget the day I looked over and Ralph was raking dirt in a trench in full uniform, so many good memories!! Ralph was a great friend to our family and a huge help too say the least . Sending hugs to you all.

48. My condolences to the Finkbeiner family. I have very good memories of working with Ralph and sharing conversation with him over coffee during my time with Sombra OPP. I transferred to another location in 1993, however Ralph was one of those individuals who was liked and respected by everyone who knew him. A humble man who was really one of the good guys.
