Picture1DEKEYSER, Dorothy Marie – Age 93, formerly of Sarnia, passed away Thursday, December 1, 2022 at Lambton Meadowview Villa, Petrolia. Beloved wife of the late Frank DeKeyser (1971) for 23 years. Beloved life partner of the late Donald Howard Youngs (2009) for 37 years. Loving mother of Deborah Marie Fahie (Jerry O’Neill) of Thamesville and Sheila Ann DeKeyser-Lock (Kevin) of London. Dear grandmother of Michael, Amanda, Brandon and Travis and great grandmother of 6. Dear sister of Donna Oliver and Doris Storey and sister-in-law of Shirley Mitchell. Survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by siblings Wilbert Mitchell, Lillian (Joe) Hoskin, James (Sonja) Mitchell, Betty (Earl) Johnson, Rita (Jack) McLean. Predeceased by parents Andrew and Lillie (Welch) Mitchell. Marie loved camping, cards, fiddle jamborees, square dancing, gardening and time spent in Florida and Arizona. She enjoyed spending time with all her friends and family.

VISITATION
Family and friends will be received at STEADMAN BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, Brigden on Monday, December 5, 2022 from 2-4 and 6-8pm and masks are preferred.

FUNERAL
Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at 1:00 pm with interment following in Oil Springs Cemetery.

DONATIONS
Sympathy may be expressed through donations to Parkinson Society, Canadian Cancer Society or Royal Canadian Legion Branch #535, Oil Springs.
