55. Uncle Jed, thank you for all of the memories. Not many people (especially my age) can say they knew and/or are/were close to their great aunts and uncles, but fortunately I can say I was. Thank you for being the kind soul you were, thank you for your encouragement and jokes, thank you for all of the fires in your backyard and thank you for being like another grandparent to me. You will be so greatly missed but I know you’re in a better place watching and protecting over everyone you hold dear to you.
