CORE, Augusta Jean – age 79, of Petrolia, passed away suddenly on Friday, June 26, 2009 at her residence.Loving mother of Cheryl and her husband Allan Dewhirst, Carol Watt and Harold Watt all of Petrolia.Dear grandmother of Corey Dewhirst and his wife Tara of Flin Flon, Manitoba and Andrew Dewhirst of Kitchener.Great-grandmother of Kylie and Brooke Dewhirst.Sister of Kathleen and Ralph Prince of Alvinston, Ruth and the late John Core of Petrolia, Ray and Bonnie Core of Sarnia, Walter and Cathy Core of Petrolia, Ruby and Maurice Rankin of Thamesville and Shirley and Don Hope of Dorchester. Survived by many nieces and nephews.

MEMORIAL SERVICE
A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, June 29, 2009 at Burns Moore Line United Church. Cremation has taken place. A burial of ashes will take place in Burns Cemetery at a later date.
