Catherine “Nancy” Byers (Nee Padghm) – Age 91 of Petrolia, formally of Oil Springs, passed away on Friday, October 21, 2022 at Lambton Meadowview Villa, Petrolia. Nancy was born on October 28, 1930. Beloved wife of the late George (1997). Loving mother of David (Laurie) Byers and Denise (Rick) Moran. Cherished grandmother of Christopher (Laura) Byers, Marcia (Zach) Zavitz, Eric (Katrina) Moran and Matt Moran. Great-grandmother of Blythe and Audrey Byers, Colin Zavitz and Henry Zavitz. Dear sister of John (Marilyn) Padgham. Survived by niece’s Susan (Randy) and Christine (Cam). Predeceased by Harold and Florence Padgham. Nancy loved her family deeply and enjoyed farming, horses, and dogs.
Visitation
Friends and family will be received at STEADMAN BROTHERS FUNERAL CHAPELS, Brigden on Monday, October 24, 2022 from 10 am to 12pm.
Funeral Service
Funeral service will be held at STEADMAN BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME on Monday, October 24, 2022 at 12pm. Interment to follow at Oil Springs Cemetery.
