Mark is the fourth generation of Steadman Brothers Funeral Home. He was born and raised in Brigden and is the only son of Andy Steadman. Mark graduated from high school in 2003 with honours from L.C.C.V.I. Petrolia. He completed the Funeral Service Education Program at Humber College with honours in June 2006 where he was the recipient of the Canadian School of Embalming Award for Cosmetology and Restorative Art. He then received his Ontario Funeral Directors License in July 2006. Mark completed his internship at Smith Funeral Home in Sarnia from May 2005 to June 2008 and then joined Steadman Brothers Funeral Home on a full time basis in July 2008. Mark and his wife Jessica reside in Brigden. He enjoys hockey and snowboarding in the winter and baseball and golf in the summer. In his spare time, Mark enjoys giving back to his community as a Captain of St. Clair Township Fire Department Station #1 Brigden, member Leopold Lodge #397 Brigden, a member of the Brigden Fair Attractions Committee and a member of the Professional Car Society – Trillium Chapter.
