HOLMES, Connie Evelyn (Swain) – age 64 of London, passed away peacefully with her husband by her side at Parkwood Hospital in London on Monday, February 1, 2010. Beloved wife of Tom Holmes. Dear mother of Michael (Tracy) Holmes and Carie Heikamp-Holmes. Loving grandmother of Scott Holmes, Alicia Holmes, the late Danny Holmes, Amanda Heikamp-Holmes, JD Smith and Amanda Smith. Dear sister to Linda Lumley and Dick Swain. Predeceased by parents Reta Swain and John Swain.

VISITATION / SERVICE
Visitation will be held at STEADMAN BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, Brigden on Thursday, February 4, 2010 from 2:00 to 4:00 and from 6:00 until the service time at 7:30pm. Rev. Deanna Gibson officiating. Cremation has taken place.
