MILLER, Joyce May (Cowan)- of Sombra, age 72, passed away peacefully with her family and close friends at her side on Thursday, January 24, 2013 at St. Joseph’s Hospice, Sarnia. Beloved wife of the late Gordon “Bruce” Miller (2008). Loving mother of Terry (Edna) Miller of Sombra and Deborah Miller of Sarnia. Devoted grandmother of Natalie (Mike) Wynne of Sarnia, David Miller and Andrea, Jessica Miller and Jordan, Amanda Miller. Survived by her sisters Diane (Bill) Fleckie, Ruth Ann (Ernie) Spicer, all of Corunna, as well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Howard and Aileen (Park) Cowan and brother James Cowan. Fondly remembered by special friends Audrey Law, Joe and Bev Card. Joyce greatly enjoyed gardening and was very devoted to playing music at nursing homes and with the campfire band.

VISITATION
Family and friends will be received at STEADMAN BROTHERS FUNERAL CHAPELS, Brigden on Sunday, January 27, 2013 from 1-5pm.

FUNERAL SERVICE
Funeral service will be conducted from the funeral home on Monday, January 28, 2013 at 11:00am. Pastor Jay Black officiating. Interment in Riverside Cemetery, Sombra.
