COOK, William “Jack” John, age 80 of Sarnia. With great sadness we announce his passing on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at St. Joseph’s Hospice, Sarnia. Loving father of Debbie, Scott, Phillip, Maureen and Michael all of BC. Brother of Josephine Estensen and Ronald Cook. Also, Uncle to many and will be greatly missed by James and Gina Smith. Predeceased by his wife Sandra and brother Albert Cook. Cremation has taken place. Interment will take place at Lakeview Cemetery at a later date.
