COOK, Christina Ellen Louise “Nina” (nee Stewart) – Formerly of Corunna and Alvinston, passed away peacefully on November 25, 2011 in her 87th year at Lambton Meadowview Villa, Petrolia. Born in Forest, Ontario, Nina was the daughter of the late Katie Roberts and Leonard Stewart. Loving wife of the late Lyle Melvin “Jake” Cook (2002). Dearly loved Mom of Bonnie Tanguy and her husband Arsene of Petrolia and Stewart Pachal and his wife Carol of St. Albert, Alberta. Cherished Grandma of Lisa Bourque (Kevin Corner), Leanne Slaughter (Andy), Laurie Tanguy, CarrieAnn Ranger, Kim, Terry and Crystal Pachal. Great-grandma of David, Garrett, Alexander, Lukas, Mackenzie, Anthony, Connor, Justin and Brittany. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brother Clayton Stewart and his wife Marion, mother-in-law and father-in-law Arabelle and Frank Cook, brothers-in-law Gordon and Ivan Cook and Glen Ferguson, sisters-in-law Molly J. Cook and Flossie Ferguson. Special thanks to the Lambton Meadowview staff, especially the second floor, for their care and compassion over the past 5 years.

PRIVATE FAMILY SERVICE
A Private Family Memorial Service will be held on Friday, December 2, 2011 at 11:00 am at STEADMAN BROTHERS VISITATION CENTRE, 233 Cameron Street, Corunna, followed by interment in Moore Union Cemetery, Mooretown. Rev. Sandra Fogarty officiating.
