REID, Betty Diane – Age 73 of Sarnia, passed away peacefully, on Friday, September 2, 2022 at St. Joseph’s Hospice, with her 3 daughters by her side. Loving mother to Michele Sherwood (Jason Brandon), Patty Rouse (Roger), Sheri Donkers (Terry). Cherished grandmother to Ashley Tanguay (Guy), Gillian Sherwood (Jake), D.J. Dynes, Jenna McArthur, Owen and Nathan Ingles. Great-grandmother of Lilly and Lilah Bedard, Maya Tanguay, Joey and Dani Rose Dynes. Survived by her sister Gloria Thomas (Wes), brother Bill Reid (Linda) and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Gerald and Marie Reid. Special thanks to Clair Holmes for his compassion and friendship. Thanks to Dr. Kim, and nurses Janine and Deb for their care. Betty had a special place in her heart for her Lambton Kia family, where she was a long time employee.
Friends and family will be received at STEADMAN BROTHERS FUNERAL CHAPELS, Brigden on Saturday, September 10, 2022 from 10 am until the time of the funeral at 11 am.

Sorry to hear this news. I was a neighbour when she lived in Petrolia and reconnected with her during a couple of visits to KIA. She was very proud of her family
Betty was my workplace mother during my employment at Lambton Kia. I’ll remember Betty in many positive ways, from her fantastic sense of humor to the great stories she would tell. My condolences to her family.
