STEWART, Ruth Angela (nee Reynolds), born on June 19, 1927. – It is with sadden hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Ruth Stewart on Friday, January 14, 2022 at Bluewater Health, Sarnia, with her family by her side. Beloved wife of the late Charles Stewart. Loving mother of Connie Schinkel (Ken Spacil) and Ruth Ann Stewart. Survived by sister-in-laws Catherine Stewart and Marion Gibson (Dave) and nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Louis and Mary Reynolds, son Robert Stewart, grandson Colin Schinkel and her sister Charlotte (Bruce Dockrill). Ruth was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, she took special care of her husband and her mother. Ruth was a member of Sombra and Port Lambton United Church. Ruth will be missed by all who knew her.
Visitation
Family and friends will be received at STEADMAN BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, Brigden on Tuesday, January 18, 2022. Due to Covid-19 restriction, those who wish to attend must wear a mask and RSVP with a time to attend the visitation at https://signup.com/go/AikntyC.

A private funeral service will be held at STEADMAN BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, Brigden on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, family invitation only.

Ruth was always full of good humour and shared many memories and jokes with us. She loved our dogs as though they were her own… even after the Raffy incident. Ruth touched our hearts and we will remember her very fondly. God bless you Ruth, after all he gave you Fuzzy to raise.
