CARPENTER, Walter Leroy, age 73 of St. Thomas passed away on Wednesday July 14, 2009 at St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital.
Loving father of John Carpenter and his wife Lori, Deborah Greidanus and her husband John all of St. Thomas. Life-long friend of Sandra Grogan of St. Thomas. Cherished grandfather of Samantha, Jarrett and Nicholas. Dear brother of Elizabeth (late Arnold) Hollis of Sarnia. Survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Clifford and Wilfred Carpenter.
FUNERAL SERVICE
Cremation has taken place. A graveside funeral service open to all family and friends will take place at Riverside Cemetery, Sombra on Saturday July 18, 2009 at 10:00am.
